Arsenal are in desperate need of a central midfielder due to not having much depth in centre of the pitch.  In the last days, Arsenal have been started talks to sign former FC Barcelona midfielder Arthur Melo from Juventus. The Gunners are pushing for a loan deal and are also interested in adding an option to buy at the end of the season. Juventus want €50M-€60M for the 25-year-old. The English club are ready to cover Arthur's full salary at Juventus and are pushing to complete the deal soon. Arthur Melo, personally wants to leave Juventus after joining the Old Lady for €72M from FC Barcelona in June 2020. The Brazilian Midfielder has lost his place at Juventus under manager Max Allegri as the former Barcelona man isn't rated by the Italian Manager. Juventus are happy to let Arthur Melo leave. Juventus are looking to sign a Midfielder to replace Arthur Melo, who has an interesting offer from Arsenal to join the Gunners on loan until the end of the season with an Option to buy. The two clubs are still negotiating the Option to buy. Arsenal are offering €30M as Juventus want minimum €50M-€60M as they paid €72M for the Brazilian Midfielder just 18 months ago. Juventus currently have three players on their Shortlist to replace the former Barcelona midfielder. The three names are Ruben Loftus-Cheek from Chelsea, Renato Sanches from Lille and Bruno Guimarães from Olympique Lyon. In the last days, Juventus were in talks with Manchester United to try to sign their star midfielder Paul Pogba. Paul Pogba's Contract is set to expire in six months and can agree a pre-contract with any club in the world in January and leave at the end of the season on a free. Juventus defender, Matthijs de Ligt is ready to leave the Turin club in the upcoming Summer Transfer Window. As report on April 2021 by Krrish Smith, Matthijs de Ligt is unhappy at Juventus and wants to leave and it's have been confirmed by Super Agent Mino Raiola. As told by his agent Mino Raiola : "De Ligt is ready for a new step and he thinks that too" in an interview with NRC. Matthijs de ligt realized that it was a mistake joining Juventus in 2019 over FC Barcelona and Manchester City.  FC Barcelona and Manchester City were close to Signing De Ligt from Ajax in 2019 instead of Juventus. Barcelona were set to sign Matthijs de Ligt, but De Ligt changed his mind at the last moment due to the Nations League Final Vs Portugal as Agent Ronaldo strikes and convinced him to join the old lady. PSG have transfer listed Argentine Striker Mauro Icardi following issues in personal life with his wife and his less game time. Mauro Icardi was offered to Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, Manchester United and Newcastle United. However, all of them rejected.  Juventus are looking at the possibility to sign Mauro Icardi as they have been following him since his time at Inter Milan but they never managed to find an agreement with Inter.  Juventus are planning to make a bid for the argentine striker to receive his services. They will be making a loan offer until the end of the season [ 6 months loan ] with an option to buy Mauro Icardi for €30M-€40M at the end of the season.   FC Barcelona are set to join Manchester United for the signature of Atalanta's Cristian Romero this summer.  The 23-year-old is one of the best young centre-backs in the Serie A. The Argentine international has been excellent for Atalanta last season as they finished third in Serie A. Romero also helped Lionel Messi's Argentina to win their first Copa America in 28 years and displayed great defensive skills against Brazil in the final. The Argentine played 42 matches last season while scoring 3 goals & assisting 5 times for Atalanta. Cristian Romero is currently technically owned by Juventus (on loan to Atalanta) but Atalanta are ready to trigger their €18M option to buy.
