Portuguese Super Agent, Jorge Mendes has offered Wolverhampton Wanderer's Deep lying Playmaker Ruben Neves to many elite clubs including Manchester United.
Jorge Mendes is trying to get his client a move to one of Europe’s Elite clubs as he aims to move Ruben Neves to a Champions League level club.
Ruben Neves has a contract with Wolves until 30th June 2024 but Wolves will be open to sell the CDM if an offer around €50M-€60M arrives.
Jorge Mendes has offered Ruben Neves to Manchester United as The Red Devils have been looking for a quality CDM for a couple of seasons now.
However, the Manchester United Board & Ralf Rangnick have rejected the chance as they don't want to spend around €50M in January and will look for cheaper alternatives.
Jorge Mendes also offered Ruben Neves to Arsenal. The London club have accepted the offer from the Portuguese Super Agent.
Arsenal are now showing interest in the Portuguese Deep Lying Playmaker and will try to sign him as Arteta has approved the idea.
It's yet to be seen when will Arsenal make the offer, whether it in January or in the Summer Transfer Window.
Hovever, Ruben Neves isn't keen on joining the Gunners but this can change if Arsenal manage to Qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
Jorge Mendes also contacted other clubs such as Tottenham Hotspurs, Manchester City and Liverpool.
We will have to wait to see how the other three clubs respond.
