Manchester United Shortlist Dominik Szoboszlai


Manchester United are showing interest in RB Leipzig’s Dominik Szoboszlai as Manchester United look to sign a new Midfielder. 

The 21-year-old has been exceptional for RB Leipzig both in the Bundesliga as well as the UEFA Champions League. 

Dominik Szoboszlai plays as a Midfielder but can also play as an attacking midfielder as well as a Left Winger if required. 

Ralf Rangnick likes the player and would love to sign him and get him to the theater of dreams. However, there are also other names on his list.

It will he difficult to sign Dominik Szoboszlai as he joined RB Leipzig just a year ago on 1st January 2021 from RB Salzburg for €22M.
Szoboszlai’s contract runs until 30th June 2026.

Dominik Szoboszlai does have a €70M release clause. However, Manchester United are not ready to pay the release clause as they think it's too expensive. 

Dominik Szoboszlai would 'love' to join Manchester United and play for the red Devils but will respect RB Leipzig and will not force a move.

Manchester United do have Szoboszlai on their Shortlist but no talks, negotiations or anything advanced yet.
