Barcelona Offer Cavani a Contract

FC Barcelona have offered Manchester United's Edinson Cavani an one and half year Contract until 2023.

FC Barcelona plan to sign Cavani in the January Transfer-Window from Manchester United either on a free [Cavani terminates his United Contract] or by paying a small fee around €5M.

Cavani will earn €80,000 per week until the end of this season and will then receive a 25% wage boost that will see him earn €100,000 per week.

Boca Juniors contacted Edinson Cavani over a possible move to their club just like last winter, However, Edinson declined the offer as he told the Boca Juniors director that he wants to sign for only Barça.

After playing in Italy with Napoli, France with Paris Saint-Germain and England with Manchester United. Cavani now wants to play in Spain with FC Barcelona. 

Barça playing in the UEFA Europa League is not a problem as he know the how big FC Barcelona is and he feels he can help Barça to get back to winning ways.

Xavi Hernandez will make the last decision on Cavani, Xavi wants a new no.9 after Sergio Agüero's retirement and Memphis Depay not being a natural no.9.
